Accessing Account Settings
- Tap “More” (bottom right navigation)
- View your account menu

Account Information
Viewing Your Profile
Your account information is displayed at the top:
- Name — Your Google account name
- Email — Your Google account email
- Business Name — Current active business
- Subscription Plan — Current plan (Free, Basic, Plus, Advance)
Note: Since Kelola uses Google Sign-In, your profile information comes from your Google account. To change your name or photo, update your Google account settings.
Language Settings
Changing App Language
Kelola supports multiple languages:
- Go to More → Settings (Pengaturan)
- Tap “Change Language” (Ganti Bahasa)
- Select from available languages:
- English
- Bahasa Indonesia
- Malaysia (Malay)
- ประเทศไทย (Thai)
- Việt Nam (Vietnamese)
- العربية (Arabic)
- Tagalog (Filipino)
- Español (Spanish)
- 简体中文 (Chinese Simplified)
- 繁體中文 (Chinese Traditional)

- App immediately switches to the selected language
Business Management
Switching Between Businesses
If you’re part of multiple businesses:
- Go to More → Switch Business (Pindah Bisnis)
- View list of businesses you have access to
- Tap the business you want to switch to
- App reloads with the selected business data
Creating a New Business
- Go to More → Switch Business
- Tap “Create New Business”
- Enter business details
- Set up your new business

- View and manage product categories

- View available payment methods

- Switch app language

Computer Version
Access Kelola on your computer:
- Go to More
- Tap “Computer Version” (Versi Komputer)
- View instructions to access web.kelola.co
- Use the same Google account to login on web
Online Catalog
Create and share product catalogs (subscription required):
- Go to More
- Tap “Online Catalog” (Katalog Online)
- Create and manage digital catalogs
- Share with customers
Note: This feature requires Basic, Plus, or Advance subscription.
Print Barcode
Generate and print barcode labels:
- Go to More
- Tap “Print Barcode” (Cetak Barcode)
- Select products
- Choose barcode format
- Print or share labels

Account Limitations
What You Cannot Change in Kelola
Since Kelola uses Google Sign-In:
- Name — Change in your Google account
- Email — Change in your Google account
- Profile Photo — Change in your Google account
- Password — Managed through Google
To Update Google Account Information:
- Go to your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com)
- Update personal information
- Changes will reflect in Kelola on next login
Logging Out
Sign Out of Kelola
- Go to More
- Scroll to bottom
- Tap “Logout”
- Confirm logout
Note: Logging out removes local data. You’ll need to login again to access your businesses.
