Accessing Account Settings

  1. Tap “More” (bottom right navigation)
  2. View your account menu
  3. Access various settings and options

Account Information

Viewing Your Profile

Your account information is displayed at the top:

  • Name — Your Google account name
  • Email — Your Google account email
  • Business Name — Current active business
  • Subscription Plan — Current plan (Free, Basic, Plus, Advance)

Note: Since Kelola uses Google Sign-In, your profile information comes from your Google account. To change your name or photo, update your Google account settings.


Language Settings

Changing App Language

Kelola supports multiple languages:

  1. Go to MoreSettings (Pengaturan)
  2. Tap “Change Language” (Ganti Bahasa)
  3. Select from available languages:
    • English
    • Bahasa Indonesia
    • Malaysia (Malay)
    • ประเทศไทย (Thai)
    • Việt Nam (Vietnamese)
    • العربية (Arabic)
    • Tagalog (Filipino)
    • Español (Spanish)
    • 简体中文 (Chinese Simplified)
    • 繁體中文 (Chinese Traditional)
    • Français (French)
    • Português (Portuguese)
    • Türkçe (Turkish)
    • Italiano (Italian)
  4. App immediately switches to the selected language

Business Management

Switching Between Businesses

If you’re part of multiple businesses:

  1. Go to MoreSwitch Business (Pindah Bisnis)
  2. View list of businesses you have access to
  3. Tap the business you want to switch to
  4. App reloads with the selected business data

Creating a New Business

  1. Go to MoreSwitch Business
  2. Tap “Create New Business”
  3. Enter business details
  4. Set up your new business

Product Categories (Kategori Barang):

  • View and manage product categories
  • Add new categories
  • Edit or delete existing categories

Expense Categories (Kategori Pengeluaran):

  • View and manage expense categories
  • Add new categories for business expenses
  • Organize expense tracking

Payment Methods (Metode Pembayaran):

  • View available payment methods
  • Configure payment options for transactions
  • Set up default payment methods

Change Language (Ganti Bahasa):

  • Switch app language
  • 15+ languages supported

Additional Menu Options

Computer Version

Access Kelola on your computer:

  1. Go to More
  2. Tap “Computer Version” (Versi Komputer)
  3. View instructions to access web.kelola.co
  4. Use the same Google account to login on web

Online Catalog

Create and share product catalogs (subscription required):

  1. Go to More
  2. Tap “Online Catalog” (Katalog Online)
  3. Create and manage digital catalogs
  4. Share with customers

Note: This feature requires Basic, Plus, or Advance subscription.

Generate and print barcode labels:

  1. Go to More
  2. Tap “Print Barcode” (Cetak Barcode)
  3. Select products
  4. Choose barcode format
  5. Print or share labels

Account Limitations

What You Cannot Change in Kelola

Since Kelola uses Google Sign-In:

  • Name — Change in your Google account
  • Email — Change in your Google account
  • Profile Photo — Change in your Google account
  • Password — Managed through Google

To Update Google Account Information:

  1. Go to your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com)
  2. Update personal information
  3. Changes will reflect in Kelola on next login

Logging Out

Sign Out of Kelola

  1. Go to More
  2. Scroll to bottom
  3. Tap “Logout”
  4. Confirm logout

Note: Logging out removes local data. You’ll need to login again to access your businesses.


Best Practices

Keep Google account secure

  • Use strong password for Google
  • Enable 2FA on Google account
  • Don’t share your Google login

Regular language check

  • Verify app is in your preferred language
  • Change if needed for different users

Organize categories

  • Set up product categories early
  • Create expense categories
  • Keep consistent naming

Know your subscription

  • Check your plan limits regularly
  • Upgrade when approaching limits
  • Understand what’s included

Troubleshooting

”Can’t switch business”

  • Check internet connection
  • Verify you have access to multiple businesses
  • Restart the app

”Language not changing”

  • Close and reopen the app
  • Check if language file is downloaded
  • Try selecting language again

”Settings not saving”

  • Check internet connection
  • Ensure you have permission (Owner)
  • Try again after restarting app

”Can’t access Online Catalog”

  • Verify subscription plan (requires paid plan)

Q: Can I change my email in Kelola? A: No, Kelola uses your Google account email. To change it, update your Google account.

Q: How do I reset my password? A: Kelola uses Google Sign-In. Reset your Google account password if needed.

Q: Can I have multiple Kelola accounts? A: You can use different Google accounts, but one account can join multiple businesses.

Q: What happens if I delete my Google account? A: You’ll lose access to Kelola. Make sure to transfer business ownership before deleting Google account.

Q: Can I change my business name? A: Yes, go to More → Switch Business → Edit Business Profile.

Q: How do I delete my Kelola account? A: Contact support for account deletion. Business data may be retained for legal purposes.

Q: Can staff access account settings? A: Staff can access language settings and view information, but cannot change business settings or subscription.

Q: Why can’t I see some menu options? A: Some features require Owner permissions or paid subscriptions. Check your role and plan.
