Complete guide to managing your Kelola account settings. Learn to update profile, change language, configure notifications, and manage security.

Accessing Account Settings

  1. Tap “Account” (bottom right)
  2. View your profile
  3. Tap “Settings” for more options

Profile Management

Updating Personal Information

  1. Go to Account → Edit Profile
  2. Update:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • Profile photo
  3. Tap “Save”

Changing Password

  1. Go to Account → Security
  2. Tap “Change Password”
  3. Enter:
    • Current password
    • New password
    • Confirm new password
  4. Tap “Update”

Tip: Use a strong password with letters, numbers, and symbols.


Language Settings

Changing App Language

  1. Go to Account → Language
  2. Select from available languages:
    • English
    • Bahasa Indonesia
    • Thai
    • And more…
  3. App restarts with new language

Notification Settings

Configuring Notifications

  1. Go to Account → Notifications
  2. Toggle notifications:
    • Stock Alerts — Low inventory warnings
    • Transaction Alerts — Daily summaries
    • Staff Activity — Team updates
    • App Updates — New features

Push Notifications

Enable on your device:

  • iOS: Settings → Notifications → Kelola
  • Android: Settings → Apps → Kelola → Notifications

Security Settings

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

If available:

  1. Go to Account → Security
  2. Tap “Enable 2FA”
  3. Follow setup steps
  4. Save backup codes

Session Management

View active sessions:

  1. Go to Account → Security
  2. View “Active Sessions”
  3. Log out from other devices if needed

Data Management

Exporting Your Data

  1. Go to Account → Data Export
  2. Select data type:
    • Products
    • Transactions
    • Customers
    • Complete backup
  3. Choose format (CSV, Excel, PDF)
  4. Tap “Export”
  5. Download file

Deleting Account

⚠️ Warning: This is permanent!

  1. Go to Account → Settings
  2. Scroll to “Delete Account”
  3. Read warnings
  4. Confirm deletion
  5. Enter password

Note: Business data may be retained for legal purposes.
