Understanding Payment Methods

Default payment methods:

  • 💵 Cash
  • 💳 Credit/Debit Card
  • 🏦 Bank Transfer
  • 📱 E-Wallet (GoPay, OVO, etc.)

Custom payment methods you can add:

  • Installment/Credit
  • Vouchers
  • Points/Loyalty
  • Crypto
  • Any type you need

Adding a Payment Method

Step 1: Access Payment Settings

  1. Go to Account
  2. Tap “Payment Methods”
  3. View existing methods
  4. Tap ”+ Add Payment Method”

Step 2: Configure Method

Enter details:

Step 3: Save

  1. Review settings
  2. Tap “Save”
  3. Method appears in sales screen

Using Payment Methods

During Sales

Select payment method:

  1. Record Stock Out (sale)
  2. Before submitting, tap “Payment Method”
  3. Select from list
  4. Complete transaction

Multiple Payment Methods

For split payments:

  1. Select “Multiple” or “Split”
  2. Enter amount for first method
  3. Select method
  4. Add second payment
  5. Continue until total reached

Payment Method Reports

Viewing by Payment Type

Track payment preferences:

  1. Go to Reports → Sales
  2. Filter by “Payment Method”
  3. See breakdown:
    • Cash sales total
    • Card sales total
    • E-wallet sales total
    • Other methods

Reconciliation

Match payments to bank deposits:

  • Cash = Physical cash count
  • Card = Bank statement
  • Transfer = Bank statement
  • E-wallet = App statement
