Understanding Payment Methods
Default payment methods:
- 💵 Cash
- 💳 Credit/Debit Card
- 🏦 Bank Transfer
- 📱 E-Wallet (GoPay, OVO, etc.)
Custom payment methods you can add:
- Installment/Credit
- Vouchers
- Points/Loyalty
- Crypto
- Any type you need
Adding a Payment Method
Step 1: Access Payment Settings
- Go to Account
- Tap “Payment Methods”
- View existing methods
- Tap ”+ Add Payment Method”
Step 2: Configure Method
Enter details:

Step 3: Save
- Review settings

Using Payment Methods
During Sales
Select payment method:
- Record Stock Out (sale)
- Before submitting, tap “Payment Method”
- Select from list
- Complete transaction
Multiple Payment Methods
For split payments:
- Select “Multiple” or “Split”
- Enter amount for first method
- Select method
- Add second payment
- Continue until total reached
Payment Method Reports
Viewing by Payment Type
Track payment preferences:
- Go to Reports → Sales
- Filter by “Payment Method”
- See breakdown:
- Cash sales total
- Card sales total
- E-wallet sales total
- Other methods
Reconciliation
Match payments to bank deposits:
- Cash = Physical cash count
- Card = Bank statement
- Transfer = Bank statement
- E-wallet = App statement
