What is a Catalog?

A Catalog is a curated collection of products you can share with customers. Unlike your full inventory, catalogs show only selected items in a beautiful, easy-to-browse format.

Use catalogs for:

  • 🛍️ Customer browsing — Share specific product lines
  • 📱 WhatsApp selling — Send product collections
  • 🎁 Seasonal collections — Holiday specials, new arrivals
  • 💼 B2B pricing — Wholesale catalogs

Creating a Catalog

Step 1: Access Catalog Feature

  1. Tap “Catalog” from main menu
  2. View existing catalogs
  3. Tap ”+ Create Catalog”

Step 2: Catalog Details

Enter basic information:

Method 2: WhatsApp Direct

Send to contacts:

  1. Tap “Share to WhatsApp”

Method 3: QR Code

  1. Tap “Generate QR Code”
  2. Display code in store

Managing Catalogs

Edit Catalog

Update existing:

  1. Go to Catalog section
  2. Find catalog in list
  3. Tap “Edit”
  4. Modify:
    • Add/remove products
    • Change order
    • Update description
    • Toggle options
  5. Save changes

Note: Changes reflect immediately for anyone viewing.

Duplicate Catalog

Create similar catalog:

  1. Find existing catalog
  2. Tap three dots menu
  3. Select “Duplicate”
  4. Rename
  5. Modify as needed
  6. Save as new

Archive/Delete

Remove old catalogs:

  1. Open catalog
  2. Tap “Archive” or “Delete”

Q: Do catalogs update when I change product prices? A: Yes! Catalogs reflect current product data automatically.

Q: Can I see who viewed my catalog? A: Anonymous view data only. No individual tracking for privacy.
