Customer Reports

The customer reporting feature in Kelola.co provides insights and analysis of purchases made by your buyers and customers.

Accessing Customer Reports

  1. Open the Kelola.co app
  2. From Home screen, tap “View Reports” (Lihat Laporan)
  3. Select “Customer Report” (Laporan Pembeli)
  4. Set your desired time period
  5. Kelola.co will display customer transaction data

Note: Customer Report access requires permission and may require a paid subscription.

What’s Included

The Customer Report shows:

  • Customer name and contact information
  • Total transactions - Number of purchases made
  • Total sales - Total amount spent by each customer
  • Profit - Profit generated from each customer (if accessible)
  • Last purchase - Date of most recent transaction

Using the Report

View Customer Details

Tap on any customer to see:

  • Complete purchase history
  • Individual transaction details
  • Payment status (paid, partial, unpaid)

Sort and Filter

  • Sort by total sales (highest to lowest)
  • Sort by transaction count
  • Filter by date range
  • Filter by specific customers

Download Reports

  1. Set your desired filters and date range
  2. Tap “Download” button
  3. The customer report will download in Excel format
  4. Use for analysis, marketing, or accounting
