How to Upgrade

Upgrading your Kelola subscription unlocks premium features and increases your limits for products, staff, and catalogs. Here’s how to upgrade:

Subscription Plans

Kelola offers four subscription tiers:

Basic Plan:

  • Everything in Free, plus:
  • Up to 500 products
  • Up to 3 staff members
  • Up to 3 online catalogs
  • 180-day history filter
  • Reports access

Plus Plan:

  • Everything in Basic, plus:
  • Up to 2,000 products
  • Up to 5 staff members
  • Up to 5 online catalogs
  • 360-day history filter
  • Multi-price support
  • All reports

Advance Plan:

  • Everything in Plus, plus:
  • Unlimited products
  • Unlimited staff
  • Unlimited catalogs
  • Unlimited history filter
  • Priority support

How to Upgrade on Android

  1. Open the Kelola.co app on your Android device
  2. Tap “More” in the bottom navigation
  3. Tap “View Subscription Plans” at the top
  4. Choose your preferred plan: Basic, Plus, or Advance
  5. Select subscription period: Monthly or Annual (annual offers savings)
  6. Tap “Subscribe Now”
  7. Complete payment using:
    • Credit Card
    • Debit Card
    • Google Pay
    • Google Play Gift Card
    • Other payment methods available in your region
  8. Confirmation: Once payment is successful, your account is immediately upgraded

How to Upgrade on iOS

  1. Open the Kelola.co app on your iPhone
  2. Tap “More” in the bottom navigation
  3. Tap “View Subscription Plans” at the top
  4. Choose your preferred plan: Basic, Plus, or Advance
  5. Select subscription period: Monthly or Annual (annual offers savings)
  6. Tap “Subscribe Now”
  7. Complete payment using:
    • Credit Card
    • Debit Card
    • Apple Pay
    • Apple Gift Card
    • Other payment methods available in your region
  8. Confirmation: Once payment is successful, your account is immediately upgraded

Managing Your Subscription

View Current Plan

  1. Go to MoreView Subscription Plans
  2. Your current plan is displayed at the top
  3. See your usage: products, staff, catalogs

Cancel Subscription

  • Android: Manage through Google Play Store app
  • iOS: Manage through App Store → Subscriptions
  • Note: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period

Change Plans

  1. Go to MoreView Subscription Plans
  2. Select a different plan
  3. Confirm the change
  4. Payment will be adjusted for the new plan

What Happens When You Upgrade

Immediate Benefits:

  • Increased product limits
  • Additional staff slots
  • More catalog slots
  • Access to premium reports
  • Extended history filters

Data Preservation:

  • All existing data remains
  • No data loss during upgrade
  • Immediate access to new features

Downgrading:

  • If you downgrade, excess products/staff may need to be removed
  • You’ll be prompted to reduce usage before downgrade completes

Payment Issues

Payment Failed

  • Check your payment method has sufficient funds
  • Verify card details are correct
  • Try a different payment method
  • Contact your bank if issues persist

Subscription Not Activated

  • Restart the app
  • Check your internet connection
  • Verify payment was processed
  • Contact support if issues persist

Refunds

  • Refund policies follow Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) guidelines
  • Contact support for refund requests
  • Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis
