How to Upgrade
Upgrading your Kelola subscription unlocks premium features and increases your limits for products, staff, and catalogs. Here’s how to upgrade:
Subscription Plans
Kelola offers four subscription tiers:

How to Upgrade on Android
- Open the Kelola.co app on your Android device
- Tap “More” in the bottom navigation
- Tap “View Subscription Plans” at the top
- Choose your preferred plan: Basic, Plus, or Advance
- Select subscription period: Monthly or Annual (annual offers savings)
- Tap “Subscribe Now”
- Complete payment using:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Google Pay
- Google Play Gift Card
- Other payment methods available in your region
- Confirmation: Once payment is successful, your account is immediately upgraded
How to Upgrade on iOS
- Open the Kelola.co app on your iPhone
- Tap “More” in the bottom navigation
- Tap “View Subscription Plans” at the top
- Choose your preferred plan: Basic, Plus, or Advance
- Select subscription period: Monthly or Annual (annual offers savings)
- Tap “Subscribe Now”
- Complete payment using:
- Credit Card
- Debit Card
- Apple Pay
- Apple Gift Card
- Other payment methods available in your region
- Confirmation: Once payment is successful, your account is immediately upgraded
Managing Your Subscription
View Current Plan
- Go to More → View Subscription Plans
- Your current plan is displayed at the top
- See your usage: products, staff, catalogs
Cancel Subscription
- Android: Manage through Google Play Store app
- iOS: Manage through App Store → Subscriptions
- Note: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period
Change Plans
- Go to More → View Subscription Plans
- Select a different plan
- Confirm the change
- Payment will be adjusted for the new plan
What Happens When You Upgrade

Data Preservation:
- All existing data remains
- No data loss during upgrade

Downgrading:
